A hearty selection of sweet potato, butternut squash and carrot with a sweet, smoky red pepper sauce, topped with tangy feta.

  • Butternut Squash, Onion, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Red Pepper and Tomato Sauce (10%) (Water, Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato Paste, Tomatoes, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Cornflour, Garlic Purée, Parsley, Smoked Paprika, Dried Red Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest, Ground Cumin), Feta Cheese (Sheep and Goat’s MILK) (7.5%), Green Cabbage, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Purée, Parsley.

  • Oven cook from chilled 200°C | Fan 180°C | Gas Mark 6 - 35 mins.

    First preheat your oven, then remove the sleeve and film lid from your meal and put the sachet to one side.

    Place the foil tray in the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

    Next, squeeze the sachet contents over the vegetables and stir, before returning it to the oven, cooking for a further 5 minutes.

    Stir it again for a final time, then check the food is piping hot before serving.
